Having trouble with

I apologize for the delay in responding to your email. I’ve been dealing with the effects of Covid and am now just getting back into the swing of things.

A couple things to check.

If you are entering the key manually (as opposed to copy/paste), keep in mind that there are no Letter Os in the key. Those are all the number 0 (zero).

If the app tells you the key was valid and stored, but then asks for the key again the next time the program is started, you’ll need to start the program one time as administrator to get it to store the key properly. To do that, right click on the program icon you use to start the program, and then select the “Run as Administrator” option from the menu that appears. You may have to enter a password if the administrator account on your machine has a password. Then enter the user name and key and you should be good to go.

If that doesn’t resolve it let me know and I can build a key installer for you that will simplify the process.
